    Senior Sales Executive

    Description

    • We seeks highly motivated and results-driven Senior Sales Executives to join its dynamic team. As a Senior Sales Executive, You will be crucial in driving sales, building customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.     Scope

    Key Requirements

    • 5+ years of mid-level work experience as a Sales Executive
    • A strong understanding of the sales process, excelling at generating leads, building relationships, and closing deals.
    • A Bachelor's Degree in any field
    • Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
    • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and provide exceptional customer service.
    • Knowledge of the local real estate market, property types, pricing trends, and legal regulations.
    • Familiarity with CRM software or sales management tools is a plus.
    • Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales goals, with a proactive and result-oriented mindset.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating strong collaboration skills.
