    Key Account Manager

    About the job

    • As the Lebanese Key Account Manager (KAM) for LG’s Commercial Air Conditioning business in West Africa,
    • Candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, driving sales growth, and expanding LG’s market presence in the commercial AC segment. Candidate will serve as the primary point of

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Account Management: Build and sustain long-term relationships with key commercial clients (Lebanese channels focused), including contractors, consultants, developers, and large end-users.
    • Sales & Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, develop strategic account plans, and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
    • Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer need to tailor solutions and identify growth opportunities.
    • Product Promotion: Promote LG’s Commercial AC solutions, educate clients on product features, benefits, and technical specifications.
    • Coordination & Support: Collaborate with technical teams, after-sales service, and marketing to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
    • Contract Negotiation: Lead negotiations, prepare proposals and contracts, ensuring favorable terms for LG.
    • Reporting: Track sales performance, prepare regular reports, and provide forecasts to regional management.
    • Brand Representation: Represent LG professionally at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings.

    Qualifications & Skills:

    • Proven experience in Key Account Management, sales, or business development within the HVAC or related industry. (Minimum 3 Years)
    • Strong understanding of the commercial air conditioning market, preferably in West Africa.
    • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
    • Fluency in English; additional languages such as French or Arabic are a plus.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

    Preferred Attributes:

    • Knowledge of LG products and solutions is an advantage.
    • Existing network within the West African commercial construction and HVAC sectors.
    • Results driven with a proactive approach.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a multicultural environment.
