Key Responsibilities:

• Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Account Monitoring: Track and analyze account performance, ensuring compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
• Reporting: Prepare regular financial reports and presentations for management and clients.
• Data Entry: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all transactions, communications, and account activities.
• Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and enhance service delivery.
• Sales Support: Assist the sales team in identifying growth opportunities within existing accounts and support new client onboarding.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to regulatory standards and company policies regarding financial transactions and account management.
• Training: Provide training and support to clients on product usage and services.
