Job Description

• We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Account Officer to join our finance team. 
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
• Process invoices, payments, and bank reconciliations.
• Maintain accurate records of accounts payable and receivable.
• Monitor financial transactions and ensure proper documentation.
• Assist in budgeting and financial forecasting.
• Support internal and external audit processes.
• Ensure compliance with accounting policies and company procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, or similar).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Knowledge of financial regulations and tax laws is an advantage.
