Academic Administrative Assistant
- Job Type Full Time
- Qualification BA/BSc/HND
- Experience 3 - 5 years
- Location Lagos
- Job Field Administration / Secretarial , Education / Teaching
- Must be computer literate and tech-savvy.
- Must be proficient in navigating all social media platforms.
- Coordinate academic schedules, course registrations, and examination timetables.
- Maintain and update student academic records and databases.
- Serve as a liaison between faculty, students, and administrative departments.
- Prepare official documents such as transcripts, letters, and reports.
- Support faculty with clerical tasks such as printing, filing, and communication.
- Organize departmental meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Assist in the coordination of academic events, workshops, and seminars.
- Ensure compliance with institutional policies and academic procedures.
- Monitor inventory of office supplies and make orders when necessary.
- Respond to email and telephone inquiries in a professional manner.
