Job Description

• The Chief Financial Officer reports directly to the Managing Director. The position has the overall responsibility for financial management in the company.
• The responsibilities include managing the overall liquidity position of the Company, provision of timely and accurate analysis of budgets, financial trends and forecasts, ensuring financial compliance and tax reporting as well as liaison with the regulatory and other relevant external bodies.

Requirements

• The successful candidate for this role will contribute to strategy execution, alignment of financial and business goals, and executive management advisory.
• He/She must be a Chartered Accountant in addition to the possession of a good first degree in related areas.
• The position require a minimum of 10 years post-graduation experience 5 of which must be in a senior management role in the Finance sector.
