    • The Chief Financial Officer reports directly to the Managing Director. The position has the overall responsibility for financial management in the company.
    • The responsibilities include managing the overall liquidity position of the Company, provision of timely and accurate analysis of budgets, financial trends and forecasts, ensuring financial compliance and tax reporting as well as liaison with the regulatory and other relevant external bodies.
