MSE wishes to employ a commercially oriented individual with passion for learning and capacity development, who is self driven and with high sense of accountability to fill the position of Chief Operating Officer.

JOB FOCUS: The Chief Operating Officer (COO) will be responsible for the following:

• Organise and ensure the training centers run effectively
• Generate sufficient Returns on Investment of the business
• Grow the Market Share of MSE in the Corporate and Business World
• Manage the Training Calendar
• Co-ordinate the faculty and other resources

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE

• A good degree
• Have at least 5 years Human Resources / Training experience
• Previous consulting experience is an added advantage
