Salary: ₦200,000 – ₦250,000 monthly 

Job Summary 

PCCN Energy Ltd is seeking a smart, detail-oriented, and proactive Legal Officer to support its legal and compliance functions within the oil and gas sector. This is an entry-level opportunity ideal for a candidate looking to build a strong career in corporate and energy law. 

The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing contracts, supporting legal documentation, and ensuring regulatory compliance across company operations. 

Key Responsibilities

• Review, draft, and vet contracts, agreements, and legal documents Ensure all company operations comply with applicable laws and regulations Provide legal support to internal departments on business transactions Assist in managing legal risks and advising on mitigation strategies Maintain proper documentation and filing of legal records Liaise with external legal counsel and regulatory bodies where required Support dispute resolution and other legal processes when necessary Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B) 
• Must be called to the Nigerian Bar (BL) 2–3years post-call experience (NYSC experience acceptable) Strong understanding of contract law and legal documentation Interest or exposure to the oil and gas sector is an advantage Excellent drafting, analytical, and research skills High level of integrity and professionalism Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Benefits Competitive entry-level salary Exposure to corporate legal practice in the oil & gas industry Opportunity for professional growth and development
