    JOB CONTEXT 

    • The Relationship Manager (RM), Value Chain Banking operates as the primary commercial architect for assigned corporate ecosystems, bridging corporate treasury needs with embedded financial solutions.

    This role demands:

    • Deep expertise in supply chain dynamics
    • Technical mastery of trade finance, cash management, and digital platforms
    • Entrepreneurial mindset to monetize ecosystem flows

    Key Dimensions:

    • Portfolio Size: 5-8 anchor corporates + 200+ ecosystem participants
    • Revenue Accountability: $15M+ annual revenue target
    • Solution Focus: Supply chain finance, dealer financing, API-enabled B2B payments

    Key Responsibilities

    Business and Financial Performance

    • Achieve $8M+ annual revenue from assigned value chains
    •  Onboard 50+ new ecosystem participants quarterly
    • Structure $5M-$25M supply chain facilities per anchor client
    • Maintain portfolio quality (NPL 

    Customer Excellence

    • Conduct monthly check-ins with anchor corporate treasury teams
    •  Implement distributor financing programs with 80%+ utilization
    • Achieve NPS >75 across ecosystem tiers
    • Resolve operational issues within 24 business hours

    Ecosystem Development

    • Map 2-3 new monetizable flows per anchor annually
    • Train 200+ SME participants on digital solutions yearly
    • Identify cross-sell opportunities (FX, cash management)

    Process Execution

    • Ensure 5-day turnaround for supplier onboarding
    • Maintain 95% data accuracy in ecosystem documentation
    • Enforce dynamic risk limits based on anchor health

    Risk Management

    • Monitor concentration risks in ecosystem tiers
    • Flag early warning signals for 100% of participants
    •  Verify 100% KYC compliance for all onboarded entities

    Digital Adoption

    • Drive 60% paperless onboarding of dealers/suppliers
    • Implement ERP payment triggers for 3+ anchor clients
    • Achieve 40% mobile app usage among ecosystem SMEs

    JOB PROFILE

    Experience & Expertise

    • 5+ years in corporate/commercial banking with 2+ in trade finance
    • Hands-on experience with:
    • Supply chain finance structures
    • B2B payment platforms
    • Credit risk assessment for SMEs
    • Industry knowledge in key sectors (e.g., manufacturing, retail)

    Skills & Competencies

    • Ecosystem Thinking: Connects corporate needs with SME financing
    • Technical Fluency: Explains API banking in simple terms
    • Relationship Juggling: Manages corporate treasurers + SME owners
    • Data Literacy: Interprets working capital metrics

    Education

    • Bachelor's in Business/Finance
    • Certifications (preferred)-Certificate in Trade & Supply Chain Finance, Digital Banking certifications
    • 7+ years in corporate banking with 3+ in trade/supply chain finance
    • Proven track record in Structuring receivables finance programs, Digital platform integrations, Working capital optimization
    • Sector specializations (e.g., FMCG, automotive, healthcare)
