Nursery Sales Assitant at Omar Gardens Floral Company

Details:

• To creatively develop and execute unique and targeted initiatives to capture incremental sales.
• To achieve aggressive nursery and garden sales goals.
• Educate customers as required and to promote the benefits of plants and flowers in their domains.
• Work with Nursery manager to stock the nursery bed with plants and flowers frequently requested.
• Collaborate with landscaping projects supervisors to know the trend of plants consumption for project works.
• Assist Nursery manager to propagate and care for the existing plants.
• Take proper precautions to ensure plants are not distressed by unfavourable weather conditions and pest infestation.

• Strong organization skills
• Ability to gather market intelligence and communicate these opportunities to management.
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
• Aptitude for quantitative analysis, strategic thinking and tactical execution.
• Technical aptitude to identify plants, their features, benefits and ability to clearly communicate these to clients.
• Neat and presentable.
• Must be computer literate.
