    Inventory Data & Warehouse Officer

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Inventory Data & Warehouse Officer to support inventory management, warehouse operations, and product data administration.
    • The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, creating products in the ERP/POS system, managing warehouse organization, and supporting stock control activities.

    Key Responsibilities
    Inventory Data Management:

    • Create and maintain product records in the ERP/POS system
    • Generate and manage product barcodes
    • Categorize products accurately within the inventory system
    • Update stock records and inventory transactions
    • Ensure inventory database accuracy and completeness
    • Monitor and correct inventory discrepancies

    Warehouse Operations:

    • Shelve and label products appropriately
    • Organize warehouse storage locations for efficient operations
    • Monitor stock movement and transfers
    • Assist in periodic stock counts and inventory audits
    • Retrieve products for internal departments when required
    • Ensure proper warehouse arrangement and housekeeping standards
    • Support inventory reconciliation activities

    Requirements

    • SSCE qualification
    • 0–2 years of experience in Inventory Management, Data Entry, Warehouse Operations, or Stock Control
    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
    • Excellent organizational and record-keeping skills
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work independently and within a team
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
    • Ability to handle inventory data with a high level of accuracy

    Technical Skills:

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

    • Knowledge of barcode generation and inventory tracking processes
    • Ability to prepare inventory and stock reports
    • Good computer literacy and data management skills
