    Store Merchandising, Sales and Order Fulfillment Officer

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Store Merchandising, Sales & Order Fulfillment Officer to manage in-store product presentation, support sales operations, and oversee order processing and fulfillment activities.
    • The ideal candidate will ensure excellent store appearance, accurate inventory handling, and timely customer order delivery across both physical and online channels.

    Key Responsibilities
    Store Merchandising & Display:

    • Arrange and maintain attractive product displays
    • Organize shelves for proper product placement and accessibility
    • Update price tags and ensure pricing accuracy
    • Implement visual merchandising standards to enhance store appeal
    • Monitor and manage stock rotation (FIFO system)
    • Assist sales staff by picking and preparing requested products
    • Support internal stock transfers between departments or locations
    • Maintain store readiness for smooth sales operations
    • Process customer orders from website and sales channels
    • Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for dispatch
    • Prepare accurate dispatch lists for deliveries
    • Coordinate with logistics teams for timely delivery
    • Update order statuses in the system
    • Assist in tracking and updating stock movement records
    • Support urgent fulfillment requests and priority orders
    • Ensure accuracy in stock handling and reporting.

    Requirements

    • Interested candidates should possess an SSCE qualification with 0 - 2 years experience.
    • Previous experience in retail, warehouse, or fulfillment operations is an advantage
    • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
    • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
    • Good communication and teamwork skills
    • Basic knowledge of inventory or POS systems is a plus.
