Clinical Director at CareOne Digital Hospitals

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic leadership and oversight for all clinical services
• Ensure compliance with clinical governance, patient safety, and quality standards
• Lead and supervise medical staff to ensure excellence in clinical practice
• Develop and implement clinical policies, protocols, and standard operating procedures
• Conduct clinical audits and implement quality improvement initiatives
• Collaborate with hospital management to improve clinical outcomes and operational performance
• Ensure compliance with MDCN regulations and other applicable healthcare standards
• Mentor and support the professional development of clinical staff

Requirements:

• MBBS or equivalent medical qualification
• Completion of NYSC is mandatory
• Full MDCN registration with a current practicing license
• Minimum of 7 years post-NYSC clinical experience
• At least 2 years of leadership or management experience in a hospital setting
• Strong knowledge of clinical governance and hospital operations
• Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
• Must be available for immediate resumption
