On behalf of our client, we are recruiting for an inCountry HR Generalist to manage the HR functionalities in Nigeria.
Reporting to the HR Manager in South Africa, you would be in charge of the setup and management of all HR functionalities incountry ranging from Employee Relations to Recruitment, Compensation and Benefits etc. The ideal candidate should be able to demonstrate updated knowledge of Nigerian employee and labor laws, the ability to be a firm leader, engage employees and pioneer their HR Operations in Nigeria in line with their global HR policies.
