In-Country HR Generalist at Alfred & Victoria Associates

On behalf of our client, we are recruiting for an inCountry HR Generalist to manage the HR functionalities in Nigeria.

Reporting to the HR Manager in South Africa, you would be in charge of the setup and management of all HR functionalities incountry ranging from Employee Relations to Recruitment, Compensation and Benefits etc. The ideal candidate should be able to demonstrate updated knowledge of Nigerian employee and labor laws, the ability to be a firm leader, engage employees and pioneer their HR Operations in Nigeria in line with their global HR policies.

Education and qualifications;

• B.Sc. in social sciences or other related Course.
• At least 7-10 years of experience in Human Resources.
• Good communication and organization skills.
• Quick learner motivated and dedicated to get the job done right.
• Work well with others at various levels.
• Reporting and documenting the status of daily activities.
• Providing technical and practical guidance to teams members.
