The ideal candidate will be responsible for the development and implementation of short and long term plans of Superflux International for the West African region, position based in Accra, Ghana.
Key Accountabilities
Responsible for aggressive business acquisition in the print industry (security and commercial) in West Africa.
Create a well qualified pipeline of prospective business opportunities by establishing and maintaining professional relationships with key decision makers.
Develop and maintain sales territory plan and ensure achievements of company sales targets and profitability.
Ensure performance to customer's specification.
Manage customer relationship.

Strong Initiative skills, working both independently and as part of a team.
Strong attention to details and accuracy.
Strong understanding of the West African market and Ghanian in particular.

Educational & Experience Requirement
Minimum of 10 years work experience in sales.
A minimum of a Bachelor's degree or its equivalent
Good knowledge of Ghanaian Printing Business especially the financial & Public sector
Must be from any English speaking West African Country resident in Ghana
Strong and proven networking skill
At least 40years old.
