Job Description
The company is growing rapidly, and we are desirous to fill our position for a Business Developer/ Social Media Manager who's core responsibilities would include:

• Increasing client base while Managing and retaining relationships with existing clients.
• Managing and building TAL’s social media presence on Instagram, Twitter and Facebook.
• Identify potential clients in the target market and complete appropriate research on the prospective client’s business and equipment needs
• Embark on marketing, sales pitches to corporate organizations and institutions.
• Carry out frequent market surveys and analysis and Sell sponsorship opportunities

Requirements
The preferred candidate should be a confident individual that possess the following qualification and soft skills:

• Appropriate/ relevant professional qualifications for the role
• Must have a high degree of poise and professionalism when interacting with internal and external clients
• High-level communication skills
• knowledge of Microsoft Office Products (Outlook; Word; PowerPoint; Excel)
• Proven ability to negotiate
• The ability to self-motivate and motivate a team
• Experience working to and exceeding targets
