Responsibilities

• Identify key areas for improving the sales process
• Attending meetings with the sales team
• Working on account management plans of the sales account managers
• Spotting market opportunities for new customers.
• Attending weekly/monthly meetings with other senior members of the business.
• All aspects of recruitment and selection for the sales department.
• Attending industry events and conferences to generate new business leads.
• Motivating the sales team to achieve the best results possible.
• Setting activity and revenue targets for members of the sales team
• Building and Managing key accounts and customers

Requirements

• BA/BS degree or equivalent
• Proven ability to drive sales process form start to close
• Proven experience meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Excel proficient and ability to work on an ERP system
• Has managed a team in the past
• Sales experience in FMCG or Pharma market 5 to 10 years in Nigeria
• Demonstrated experience training sales teams
• Demonstrated experience building and managing sales processes
