HR & Operations Officer at Cirvee

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations across departments to ensure efficiency and accountability
• Enforce company policies, structure, and professional standards
• Manage staff coordination, attendance, and performance tracking
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and staff documentation
• Ensure proper communication flow between management and team members
• Identify operational gaps and implement systems to improve workflow
• Handle internal issues, conflicts, and ensure discipline is maintained
• Work closely with the CEO and leadership team to execute company directives
• Track and report operational performance across teams
• Ensure all processes, systems, and structures are followed strictly

Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of HR and operations management
• Proven experience managing people, systems, or business operations
• High level of organization and attention to detail
• Strong leadership presence — able to enforce structure and accountability
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Problem-solving mindset — able to identify issues and fix them quickly
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, execution-driven environment
• Experience in EdTech or service-based business is an added advantage
• Must be available to work on-site in Ibadan or Lagos
