    Regional Sale Manager

    Locations: North Central & South East

    Job Description

    • We are looking for a Regional Sales Manager to expand our customer base and achieve sales quotas for specific districts of our company. To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience as a Sales Manager, while taking accountability for reaching targets.
    • You should also be able to remotely supervise a team of salespeople and set profitable goals. Our ideal candidates combine excellent communication skills with a strategic mindset. Ultimately, you will ensure your area of responsibility meets and exceeds the expectations of our business objectives and contributes to our company’s success in the long run.

    Responsibilities

    • Accomplishes regional sales human resource objectives by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees in assigned districts; communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions; planning and reviewing compensation actions; enforcing policies and procedures.
    • Achieves regional sales operational objectives by contributing regional sales information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; completing audits; identifying trends; determining regional sales system improvements; implementing change.
    • Meets regional sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
    • Establishes sales objectives by creating a sales plan and quota for districts in support of national objectives.
    • Maintains and expands customer base by counseling district sales representatives; building and maintaining rapport with key customers; identifying new customer opportunities.
    • Recommends product lines by identifying new product opportunities, and/or product, packaging, and service changes; surveying customers needs and trends; tracking competitors.
    • Implements trade promotions by publishing, tracking, and evaluating trade spending.
    • Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks.
    • Accomplishes sales and organization mission by completing related results as needed
    • Support Store Managers with day - to - day store operation
    • Evaluate store and individual performances
    • Report on regional sales result
    • Forecast quarterly and annual profits
    • Analyze regional market trends and discover new opportunity for growth
    • Address potential problems and suggest prompt solutions
    • Participate in decisions for expansion or acquisition
    • Suggest new services / products and innovative sales techniques to increase customer satisfaction.

    Requirements

    • B.Sc degree in Sales, Business Administration or relevant field
    • Proven work experience as a Regional Sales Manager, Area Manager or similar senior sales role while taking accountability for reaching targets.
    • Ability to measure and analyze key performance indicators (ROI and KPIs)
    • Understanding of store operations
    • Ability to lead and motivate a high performance sales team
    • Excellent communication skills with a strategic mindset
    • Strong organizational skills with a problem solving attitude
    • Availability to travel as needed
    • Ultimately, you will ensure your area of responsibility meets and exceeds the expectations of our business objectives and contributes to our company’s success in the long run.
    • Experience in a Renewable Energy Company will be an added advantage.

    Electronic Payment Manager

    Responsibilities

    • Conduct business negotiations with payment agencies to reduce payment costs
    • Research on payment methods and develop new payment Channels.
    • Investigate local companies on how to collect money from the installment products sold
    • Planning and Implementing revenue channels expansion activities in order to meet or exceed company revenue (collection).
    • Drive revenue by building a strong channel partner network.
    • Identifying, prospecting, recruiting and on boarding new channel partners and agents to drive collection efficiency.
    • Perform other duties as assigned by the Head of Department.

    Requirement

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Economics or other related fields.

    • At least three years business negotiation or market related working experience
