Job Overview

• We are seeking a motivated Sales Marketing Officer to drive sales growth and expand our market presence in the personal care and home care product sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for building strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the personal care and home care market.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key customers.
• Present and promote products to prospective clients through presentations, meetings, and product demonstrations.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify potential areas for growth.
• Provide excellent customer service and post-sales support.
• Prepare and deliver accurate sales reports and forecasts.

Qualifications

• Minimum OND in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
• 3+ years strong sales experiences in related fields
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
• Willingness to travel as required.
