Junior Accounts & Sales Administrator at Interdecima Systems Ltd

About the Role

Interdecima Systems Limited is a dynamic business looking for a Junior Accounts & Sales Administrator to join our team. You'll play a hands-on role supporting both the financial and commercial sides of the business. This role is ideal for someone with 1–2 years of experience who wants variety and real responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Raise and send invoices; track payments and chase outstanding balances
• Process supplier invoices and coordinate payments
• Reconcile bank statements and maintain accurate financial records
• Assist with month-end bookkeeping and expense tracking
• Respond to customer and supplier queries by phone and email
• Support sales activity with quotes, order processing, and follow-ups
• Maintain customer and contact records in shared spreadsheets
• Produce basic sales and financial reports using Excel

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in an accounts, sales admin, or general office role
• Comfortable working in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word
• Organised, reliable, and able to take ownership of tasks
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• A team player who's comfortable working in a small, busy office

Salary: N80,000 – N120,000
