Job Summary

The Investment & Wealth Manager is responsible for providing personalized investment and wealth management solutions to clients. The role involves developing financial strategies, managing investment portfolios, identifying new business opportunities, and building long-term relationships with high-net-worth individuals, corporate clients, and institutional investors. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, excellent relationship management abilities, and a deep understanding of financial markets and investment products.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement customized investment and wealth management strategies for clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Conduct financial needs assessments and recommend suitable investment products.
• Monitor investment portfolios and provide periodic performance reviews.
• Research financial markets, economic trends, and investment opportunities.
• Identify and acquire new clients through networking, referrals, and business development activities.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal investment policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in investment advisory, wealth management, asset management, or financial services.
• Professional certifications such as CIS, CFA, ACA, ACCA, or CFP are an added advantage.
• Strong understanding of investment products, financial markets, and portfolio management.
• Proven ability to meet business development and revenue targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and financial analysis tools.
