    Head of Marketing

    Job Summary:

    Atuspay (Atus West Microfinance Bank) is seeking a strategic and results-driven Head of Marketing to lead the design and execution of our brand, customer acquisition, and revenue-growth strategies. This role is central to positioning Atuspay as a trusted name in Nigeria's microfinance sector, driving deposit mobilization, loan uptake, and investment product growth through data-informed marketing leadership. The ideal candidate is a hands-on marketing executive who can build and mentor a high-performing marketing team while delivering measurable business results.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute the bank's overall marketing strategy in alignment with corporate growth objectives
    • Lead, mentor, and manage the marketing team, including Investment, Financial, and Loan Marketers
    • Drive customer acquisition and retention strategies for deposits, loans, and investment products
    • Oversee brand positioning, digital marketing, public relations, and corporate communications
    • Analyze market trends, customer data, and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions
    • Set and monitor marketing KPIs, budgets, and ROI across all campaigns
    • Collaborate with Product, Risk, and Business Development teams to launch new financial products
    • Represent Atuspay at industry events, partnerships, and stakeholder engagements
    • Report marketing performance and strategic recommendations to executive management

    Required Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
    • Minimum of 7–10 years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
    • Proven experience in banking, microfinance, fintech, or financial services marketing
    • Strong track record of driving measurable growth in customer acquisition and revenue

    Preferred Experience:

    • MBA or postgraduate qualification in Marketing or Business
    • Professional certification (e.g., Chartered Institute of Marketing, NIMN) is an advantage
    • Prior experience managing marketing teams within a microfinance bank or similar regulated financial institution
    • Familiarity with CBN regulatory guidelines affecting marketing/advertising in financial services

    Required Skills:

    • Strategic planning and brand management
    • Team leadership and performance management
    • Digital marketing (SEO, social media, paid campaigns, email marketing)
    • Data analysis and market research
    • Budgeting and ROI tracking
    • Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills

    Job Title: Investment Marketer – Microfinance Bank (Abuja)

    Job Summary: Atuspay (Atus West Microfinance Bank) is looking for a persuasive and target-driven Investment Marketer to grow our investment product portfolio. You will identify, engage, and convert prospective investors, building lasting relationships that support the bank's deposit and investment growth objectives.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Market and sell the bank's investment products to individuals, groups, and corporate clients
    • Identify new investment opportunities and prospective high-value clients
    • Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly investment mobilization targets
    • Educate clients on investment products, returns, and risk profiles
    • Build and maintain long-term relationships with investors
    • Prepare regular reports on investment inflows and client pipelines
    • Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal investment policies
    • Collaborate with the marketing team on investment campaigns and promotions

    Required Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field
    • Minimum of 3–5 years' experience in investment sales/marketing, preferably in banking or microfinance
    • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales/investment targets

    Preferred Experience:

    • Experience working with a microfinance bank, commercial bank, or investment firm
    • Existing network of high-net-worth individuals or corporate contacts is an advantage
