Telesales Executive at Friska Farms Limited

ROLE SUMMARY

The Tele Sales Executive is TARGET-BASED and will drive sales through phone calls, follow up with leads, convert prospects into customers, encourage repeat purchases, and support revenue growth. The goal is to help customers understand our products, place their orders easily, and stay consistent with reorders.

This role requires strong communication skills, confidence on the phone, the ability to persuade, and consistency with follow-ups.

REQUIREMENTS

• HND/BSc in Business, Marketing, or any related field. 
• Must have completed NYSC. 
• MUST RESIDE WITHIN YABA, BARIGA, AKOKA, SURULERE, EBUTE METTA, KETU, MUSHIN, ISOLO, AGO PALACE, GBAGADA, OWOROSHOKI, OJUELEGBA, COSTAIN, CMS, OBALENDE.
• 1-3 years telesales or customer service experience is an added advantage
• Strong phone communication skills (WhatsApp & calls)
• Ability to persuade, follow up, and close sales
• Basic computer and CRM skills
• Target-driven, organized, and consistent.
