Sales Consultant – Business Operating System Platform at Pacetas SaaS Agency

Pacetas SaaS is building a high-performance sales team to support the growth of our Business Operating System platform for small businesses.

We are not selling a single tool.

We are helping businesses replace fragmented systems with a structured, all-in-one platform that drives growth and automates revenue.

We are looking for disciplined, results-driven individuals who can operate in a structured sales environment.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Identify and engage small businesses
• Initiate conversations with business owners
• Qualify prospects based on operational needs
• Book and/or conduct product demos
• Close deals and onboard new clients
• Manage pipeline activity within the CRM

• Strong communication skills
• Self-motivated and structured
• Ability to follow a defined sales process
• Comfortable with outreach and conversations
• Sales experience is a plus, not required

Compensation:

• Base Pay: N70,000/ monthly
• Commission:
