The Driver will be responsible for ensuring safe, timely, and efficient transportation of staff, clients, and materials while supporting the company’s operational goals. This role requires a reliable and professional individual who can manage schedules, plan optimal routes, and maintain vehicles in excellent condition. The Driver will collaborate with internal teams to coordinate pickups, deliveries, and special transportation needs, while providing a courteous and positive experience that reflects the company’s standards and supports smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Transport staff, clients, and materials safely, efficiently, and on schedule to designated locations.
• Inspect and maintain vehicles, performing routine checks and reporting any mechanical issues promptly.
• Plan and follow optimal routes, adjusting for traffic, weather, or other unforeseen conditions.
• Assist passengers with boarding, loading, and unloading of luggage or materials as required.
• Keep accurate records of trips, mileage, fuel usage, and any incidents during transportation.
• Coordinate with departments to schedule pickups, deliveries, or special transportation needs.
• Provide courteous and professional service, representing the company positively at all times.
• Respond promptly to emergencies or unexpected situations, ensuring passenger and vehicle safety
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and readiness of vehicles for daily operations.
• Support administrative tasks related to transportation, such as updating logs or preparing reports.

Requirements:

• Secondary School(SSCE)
• 5+ years of proven driving experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Clean driving record and knowledge of traffic regulations.
• Basic vehicle maintenance and safety inspection skills.
