    Human Resources Assistant

    Job Responsibilities

    • Development of personnel policies.
    • Orients new employees by providing orientation information packets.
    • Reviewing company policies, gathering withholding and other payroll information, explaining and obtaining signatures for benefit programs.
    • Accomplishes human resources department and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
    • Coordinates HR/Admin personnel.
    • Maintains records, prepares reports and composes correspondence relative to the work.
    • Organizing the office layout and maintaining supplies of stationary and equipment.
    • Pays employees by calculating pay, distributing checks; maintaining records.
    • Monitors unemployment claims by reviewing claims; substantiating documentation; requesting legal counsel review.
    • Formulates current and long-range programs, plans, policies.

    Assistant Accounts Officer

    Job Responsibilities

    • Preparing accounts for tax returns.
    • Administering payrolls and controlling income and expenditure.
    • Auditing financial information.
    • Compiling and presenting reports, budgets, business plans, commentaries and financial statements
    • Providing tax planning and risk analysis.
    • Dealing with insolvency cases.
    • Negotiating the terms of business deals and moves with clients and associated organizations.
    • Meeting and interviewing clients.

    Key Requirements & Skills

    • Years of experience required will be added advantage.
    • Bachelor's Degree in Management; Finance, Business or another related field.

    Customer Service Representative

    Job Responsibilities

    • Prepares for customer inquiries by studying products, services, and customer service processes.
    • Responds to customer inquiries by understanding inquiry; reviewing previous inquiries and responses; gathering and researching information; assembling and forwarding information; verifying customer's understanding of information and answer.
    • Improves quality service by recommending improved processes; identifying new product and service applications.
    • Updates job knowledge by participating in Educational opportunities & seminars.
    • Accomplishes Customer Service and Organization missions by completing related results as needed.
    • Collaborate with the sales team to develop efficient methods for handling issues with larger revenue customers.
    • Work on special short-term projects to offer customized support for new products or products at end-of-life.
    • Monitor the customer satisfaction levels and develop methods for increasing them.
    • Assist in creating ways for delivering excellent customer service to irate or problematic customers.
