• Investigation and Analysis of transactions on FIMI for effective support of branches.
• Train and coach branches to promote, increase awareness amongst zonal/branch staff to identify business opportunities that will deepen card penetration
• Prepare comprehensive report for weekly and monthly ALCO

Minimum education level – A good first degree in any discipline

A minimum of 0 - 3 years’ experience in Customer Service and Cards Unit or Related functions

• Deliver on  the quarterly campaign task list that will cover:
• The campaign Ideas for the quarter
• Possible bundles based on collation of the ideas
• Coordinating the Campaign communication schedule
• Trade marketing in branches
• Campaign Videos
• Emails to customers
• SMS to customers
• ELearning for staff and possibly EMS
