    • As Unit Head, you will be accountable for the accurate and timely adjudication of all claims transactions, utilizing edit queues, provider inquiries, refunds, as well as researching and analyzing to determine root causes to streamline the Claims Department’s processes. 
    • You will provide expertise and general support to the teams in reviewing, researching, investigating, negotiating, processing and adjusting claims.
    • As part of your role, you will supervise and instruct team on data entry and re-work; analyze and identify trends and provide reports as necessary.
