As the Human Resources Manager, you will be responsible for planning, implementing and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices.
You will ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource regulations.
Part of your function includes the execution of effective and strategic HR service to the company in the areas of recruitment, compensation and benefit, performance management, compliance, policies, HR strategy, training, payroll and organizational development.
You will also be responsible for organizing and coordinating all Avon HMO office operations and procedures in order to ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency.
