• Reporting to the CEO, the Marketing Manager will oversee all aspects of marketing to support the Avon HMO business and its growth objectives.
• He/she will be responsible for Brand management, Public relations, internal and external communications and community outreach.
• The Marketing Manager will be hands-on and responsible for all aspects of marketing functions necessary to achieve Avon HMO’s growth, profit and brand visibility goals.
• He/She will ensure a consistent marketing message and positioning consistent with the corporate direction.
• As a member of the Avon HMO leadership team, the Marketing Manager will be a collaborative team player who actively manages and participates in the development and execution of the strategic goals, objectives and plans of the organization. The Marketing Manager will have a proven track record of in the setting and attainment of quantifiable marketing goals.
