Job Description:

As part of our ongoing expansion process, we are looking to hire experienced,innovative and creative minds to join our team. This role is only suited to Chefs expert at both Local and intercontinental dishes.   

Responsibilities

•  Supervise/coordinate all related culinary activities;
• Select and develop recipes;
• Standardize production recipes to ensure consistent quality;
• Establish presentation technique and quality standards;
• Plan and price menus;
• Ensure proper equipment operation/maintenance;
• Ensure proper safety and sanitation in kitchen;
• Cook selected items or for selected occasions;
• Oversee special catering events 
• Directly supervises kitchen personnel 
•  Responsible for managing the Company's  Kitchen and store

Qualification & Requirements

• Must have at least an OND  
• At  least 3 years Experience in a similar role
• Must be personable with keen attention to detail
