Contract Management:
Manage the vendors' responsibilities outlined in the contract, statement/scope of engagement. Authoring contract documents, including service level exhibits, statements of work, and examples. Respond to and manage vendor queries regarding the products on the website in a timely manner; develop business proposals for new and existing vendor companies.
Financial and Quantitative Analysis:
Understanding the financial rationale for decisions, extrapolating internal and vendor costs to develop this analysis using it for price setting and variation. Performing product quality tests, evaluating all terms and conditions of product listings, keep track of vendor product uploads on the back end of company's website.
Relationship Management:
Act as interface between vendors and the company, keep vendors informed on developments in the organization or changes in market conditions that might affect demand for vendors' products or services. Regular appraisal of vendors in compliance with company's Standard Operating Procedure, Consistent request for product/prices updates improving efficiency and reducing the risk of excess capacity or supply shortages.

Marketing/Sales Plan Development:
Develop business marketing plans and champion implementation of such plans in coordination with Senior Management to achieve revenue goals, Assist in the company’s branding and media communication activities such as press releases, advertisements, marketing collaterals, and web site elements.

Budgeting:
Prepare the annual marketing budget which will include forecast for product line sales, category sales, business turnover and tracking the expenses against the budget, Develop in-depth knowledge about business development practices, marketing activities, prospective clients and industry trends.
Relationship Management:
Maintain a knowledge repository of clients, referrals, Vendors, prospects and presentations that will be catalogued in an orderly manner to ensure easy accessibility by other staff as required; supervise the client relationship management database and utilize it to manage customer contacts and mailing lists. Participate in industry forums, client discussions, and conferences as a representative of the organization, as and when required, hire, and train and guide the marketing and business development associates.
