    Business Manager

    Job Responsibilities

    •     To develop strategies to increase sales opportunities, identify new business opportunities and manage the operational activities of different teams.
    •     To manage customer service department at the head office and work closely with other department heads and branch supervisors
    •     To co-ordinate head office & branch operations, daily report writing, sales and incidence reports.
    •     Liaise with the Accounting department on Stock-taking of consumables, product items for sales, over-due garments
    •     Manage customer service issues, customer database, and marketing efforts at increasing daily sales
    •     Manage, maintain, and ensure judicious use of company resources and property used to run the daily operations
    •     Report to Management at the Head Office
    •     Undertake Training of new staff members on the use of the retail EPOS, Dry Stream and the standard LHC SOP.
    •     Suggest and implement strategies/processes for optimal business performance.
    •     Utilities maintenance and management.
    •     May be required to handle cash for safe-keeping.
    •     Handle the marketing of the company’s products and services and related businesses to customers in your jurisdiction/branch.
    •     Supervision of head office and branch staff and management of employee related issues.
    •     Business development and growing new business ideas.

    Required Qualifications & Experience

    •     Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management or related fields.
    •     At least 5 years experience in business development, marketing and administration in the service industry.
    •     Should possess essential Management skills such as Leadership and Team Building.
    •     Must possess strong marketing flair, knowledge of the market terrain and negotiation skills.
    •     High energy with hands-on approach to responsibilities.
    •     Verifiable track record of success.
