    Business Development Manager

    The Mission

We are looking for a Business Development Manager with a sharp B2B marketing mindset to lead our expansion. Your Goal: Execute a high-velocity acquisition strategy to increase our active client base. You will be targeting large-volume accounts across the private, public, and development sectors.

    Key Responsibilities

Strategic B2B Sales & Acquisition (The "Hunter" Role)

    • Sector Penetration: develop and execute entry strategies for high-volume verticals including Schools, Hospitality (Hotels/Restaurants), Healthcare (Hospitals), Security Companies, construction and engineering and private companies.
    • Government & Institutional Tendering: Lead the process of identifying, bidding, and winning contracts with Government Ministries, Parastatals, and Agencies.
    • NGO & Corporate Partnerships: Secure long-term supply contracts with private organizations and NGOs for workwear and CSR-related garment needs.

    B2B Marketing & Brand Positioning

    • Lead Generation: Utilize Online/internet marketing, cold outreach, and industry networking to build a robust pipeline of decision-makers (Procurement Officers, HR Directors, School Administrators).
    • Capability Presentation: Create and pitch compelling "Capability Statements" that prove our manufacturing quality and speed to corporate buyers.
    • Showroom Utilization: Leverage our physical store as a showroom to host prospective B2B clients for fabric demos and fitting sessions.

    Account Management & Production Alignment

    • Translate client requirements into clear technical specifications for our production team to ensure orders are delivered on time and to spec.
    • Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and contracts to maximize margins while securing volume.

    Who You Are

    • The Networker: You have an existing network or the ability to quickly navigate procurement departments in Nigerian/local institutions (Schools, Gov, Hotels).
    • The B2B Marketer: You understand that selling to a business is different than selling to a consumer. You know how to sell "Reliability," "Quality Assurance," and "Bulk Capacity."
    • The Closer: You are comfortable carrying a heavy quota and have a track record of closing 6-to-7-figure deals.

    Requirements

    • Experience: Minimum 4-6 years in B2B Sales, Business Development, or Corporate Marketing. Experience in Textiles, FMCG, or Industrial Supplies is a major advantage.
    • Skillset: Strong proposal writing skills (for tenders), negotiation, and CRM management.
    • Mindset: You must be aggressive regarding growth. You see a "No" as the start of the negotiation.
    • Education: BSc/HND in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.

    Why Join Us?

    • Uncapped Potential: We have the manufacturing capacity; you bring the clients.
    • Aggressive Commission Structure: We reward high performance significantly.
    • Impact: You are not just selling a product; you are driving the growth of a manufacturing brand.
    • Remuneration: Basic Salary starting at #150,000 plus generous commission on each new order
