    Sales Engineer

    Job Summary

    • As a Sales Engineer, you are responsible for driving and achieving the organization’s assigned sales numbers within agreed and specified standards and timelines. Your role is to navigate the full sales lifecycle—from building a robust pipeline in the PowerGen sector to ensuring long-term satisfaction and compliance.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Sales Performance: Drive and achieve ambitious sales targets within agreed timelines, ensuring consistent revenue growth.
    • Pipeline Development: Proactively build and manage a high-conversion sales pipeline by identifying and nurturing leads with high closing potential.
    • Customer Centricity: Gain a deep, thorough understanding of customer needs to provide tailored solutions that address their specific requirements.
    • Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain healthy, long-term relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business and generate high-quality referrals.
    • Conflict Resolution: Act as a dedicated point of contact to resolve issues and problems throughout the contract lifecycle, preserving client trust and company reputation.
    • Reporting & Analytics: Prepare and present regular progress reports and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key sales metrics.
    • Compliance Champion: Strictly adhere to and promote CENL’s compliance culture, ensuring all business activities meet regulatory and ethical standards.
    • Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of the curve by monitoring and analyzing emerging market trends specifically within the PowerGen sector.
    • Operational Support: Execute any additional responsibilities as assigned by the Line Manager to support team objectives.

    Business Development Manager

    Key Responsibilities

    Required Qualification And Experience

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Commercial or Engineering Fields.
    • 3 - 5 years of experience especially in sales and business development.
    • Familiarity with market analysis, distribution, and business laws.
    • MBA is a plus, but it’s not required.
