    Technical Product Manager

    Job Summary

    • Krystal Digital is looking for a resourceful candidate that will be responsible for all company’s product development.
    • You will work closely with cross-functional team to improve the existing product and launch new products.

    The qualified candidate will be responsible for:

    • Define the roadmap for core platforms
    • Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for platform differentiation, market trends, customer feedbacks, and opportunities for innovation.
    • Developing and creating a clear product strategy that aligns with company’s goals and objective
    • Collaborate and lead cross-functional teams with members of the design team, product and software developers and others responsible for platform outcomes.
    • Define and manage product requirements, prioritize features, and make data-driven decisions to ensure the product's success.
    • Overseeing products from idealization, documentation, process and launch
    • Define and track North Star Metrics and tie every platform initiative to measurable business outcomes.
    • Mentor and coach juniorPMs, building technical fluency and ownership mindset.
    • Set the cultural bar for problem-first, metrics-driven product updates.
    • Institutionalizing standards, playbooks, and documentation and manage a comprehensive documentation of all company’s products’.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field (Business, Computer Science, Engineering, etc.)
    • Relevant trainings and certification
    • 3- 5years’ experience in product management, including a track record of leading successful product launches with at least 2 years in platform/technical product ownership.
    • Proven track record of shipping and scaling infrastructure products with measurable business impact
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder alignment skills across engineering, design, and business.
    • Knowledge of programming stack such as html, Laravel, SQL
    • Knowledge of monitoring and observability tools (Mixpanel, PostHog, Grafana)
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
    • Experience with product management tools and methodologies.
    • Strong technical fluency, with experience in using spreadsheets, and project management tools is an added advantage.

    Digital Marketing Specialist

    Job Description

    • The Digital Marketing Specialistwill be responsible for creating, implementing, and managing integrated digital campaigns that elevate our brand, engage our target audience,and generate tangible results.
    • You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our online efforts are innovative, consistent, and aligned with business objectives.

    Key Responsibilities
    Strategy & Planning:

    • Develop and implement multi-channel digital marketing strategies tailored to business goals.
    • Identify target audiences and tailor campaigns to resonate with their needs and preferences.
    • Plan and manage content calendars for various digital platforms.

    Content Development & Management:

    • Create compelling, brand-aligned content (text, graphics, videos) for websites, blogs,social media, and email marketing.

    Social Media Management:

    Paid Advertising & Campaign Optimization:

    • Conduct A/B testing to improve click-through rates, conversion rates, and ROI.

    Analytics & Reporting:

    • Track and analyze KPIs, including reach, engagement, lead generation, and conversions.
    • Prepare monthly performance reports with insights and actionable recommendations.
    • Use analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite) to monitor trends and optimize strategies.

    Qualifications & Skills

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field with 2-4 years' of proven experience in a digital marketing role.
    • Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, SEO tools, Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, email automation tools).
    • Strong copywriting, storytelling, and content creation skills.
    • Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate analytics into actionable strategies.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively.
