• This is a full-time on-site role for a News Reporter based in Lagos.
• The News Reporter will be responsible for gathering, investigating, and reporting current events and news stories.
• Key responsibilities include writing articles, creating press releases, and conducting interviews to ensure comprehensive news coverage.
• The role also involves maintaining credibility and accuracy while adhering to tight deadlines and reporting across various media platforms.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Reporting and Journalism
• Proficiency in News Writing and Press Release creation
• Strong Writing skills with excellent grammar and attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Minimum 2 years newspaper journalism experience
• Strong news judgment and sourcing skills
• Relevant experience in reporting or journalism, preferably in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Communications, or a related field
