Head of Operations

- Salary Range ₦300,000 - ₦400,000/month
The Role:

A strategic leader responsible for overseeing end-to-end plant operations, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily plant operations and production activities
- Drive operational efficiency and cost optimization
- Implement SOPs and ensure compliance
- Coordinate across departments (production, logistics, QC)
- Monitor KPIs and operational performance
- Lead and develop operational teams
Requirements:
- B.Eng/B.Sc in Engineering, Operations, or related field
- 10+ years experience in operations, preferably in construction/manufacturing
- Strong leadership experience

- Process optimization and planning
