    Job Overview

    • We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to oversee our online presence, engage our audience, and grow our brand across digital platforms.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute social media strategies that align with the company’s overall marketing and branding goals in the music industry.

    • Create, curate, and manage engaging content (text, images, videos) across platforms.
    • Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance using analytics tools.
    • Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely manner.
    • Foster strong relationships with followers, influencers, and industry professionals.
    • Initiate and participate in relevant online conversations to boost brand engagement.
    • Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams to ensure brand consistency.
    • Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and best practices to optimize campaigns.
    • Plan and manage social media advertising campaigns for increased reach and conversions.

    Qualifications

    • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
    • Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and tools, particularly those relevant to the music industry.
    • Experience in creating content that resonates with music fans, including video, audio, and interactive elements.
    • Knowledge of music culture, artists, and trends across various genres.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
    • Experience with social media analytics and tools such as Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or similar.
    • A passion for music and a deep understanding of digital marketing strategies in the music industry.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple projects.

    Website Developer

    Responsibilities

    • Design, develop, and maintain websites using ( CSS, JavaScript, and other relevant technologies)
    • Build and implement responsive and mobile-first designs to ensure websites perform seamlessly across devices.
    • Collaborate with designers, content creators, and project managers to deliver high-quality projects on time.
    • Optimize website performance, speed, and scalability.
    • Ensure the security of websites by implementing best practices and safeguarding user data.
    • Troubleshoot and debug issues, ensuring website functionality remains consistent.
    • Stay up-to-date with the latest web technologies, frameworks, and trends.
    • Integrate third-party services, APIs, and content management systems (CMS) like WordPress, Shopify, or others as required.
    • Test website functionality and conduct usability tests to enhance user experience.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or related field (or equivalent experience).
    • Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.
    • Familiarity with back-end technologies like Node.js, PHP, Python, or Ruby on Rails is a plus.
    • Experience with CMS platforms such as WordPress, Drupal, or Joomla.
    • Knowledge of SEO principles and how to implement them in web development.
    • Strong understanding of UI/UX design principles.
    • Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
    • Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
