    Senior Marketing Executive

    Locations: Marina - Lagos & Rivers

    Key Responsibilities

    • Create and manage an annual marketing plan for the company
    • Proactively identify new business opportunities to provide increased revenue
    • Provide up to date reports on existing and new business opportunities
    • Proactively identify and recommend business-building initiatives
    • Identification and prospection for new clients/enrolees for business
    • Proven experience in digital marketing
    • Management and improvement on existing customer relationships
    • Marketing the organization's products and services to meet the Company's revenue
    • Result oriented
    • Ability to speak the major Nigerian languages will be added advantage.

    Qualifications / Requirements

    • Minimum of B.Sc. in Marketing, Sciences, Art, Social Sciences or any Management related course
    • Minimum of 4 - 6 years post qualification experience preferably in the HMO industry with evidence of huge production.
    • Knowledge of the operations of the National Health Insurance Scheme (NHIS) will be an added advantage

    Front Desk Executive

    Location: Marina, Lagos

    Key Responsibilities

    • Greet guests and provide them with superb customer service.
    • Ensure the front desk is neat, presentable, and equipped with all the necessary supplies such as pens, forms, and paper.
    • Answer all client questions and incoming calls.
    • Redirect phone calls to the appropriate department and take down messages.
    • Distribute letters to their appropriate departments.
    • Collecting, sorting, distributing, and preparing mail and courier deliveries.
    • Monitor, organize and forward emails.
    • Track and order office equipment and supplies.
    • Maintain records and files.

    Qualifications / Requirements

    • Minimum of B.Sc. in Art and Social Science course.
    • A minimum of 2 years of proven experience in a similar role.

    Skills:

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skill.
    • Excellent customer relationship and interpersonal skill.
    • Good understanding of office administration and basic bookkeeping practices.
    • Excellent organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
    • Strong knowledge of MS Office programs.
