    Security Officer

    Job description

    Security Assessment & Risk Analysis

    • Conduct comprehensive security audits of facilities, systems, and operations.
    • Identify potential vulnerabilities, threats, and gaps across physical, digital, and procedural security.
    • Perform risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
    • Review existing security policies and recommend updates.

    Security Planning & Strategy

    • Develop and implement security plans, protocols, and procedures.
    • Design security systems and recommend appropriate technology (CCTV, alarms, access control, etc.).
    • Create emergency response plans, evacuation procedures, and crisis management strategies.
    • Advise management on short- and long-term security improvements.

    Surveillance & System Evaluation

    • Evaluate the effectiveness of current surveillance and monitoring systems.
    • Recommend upgrades or replacements based on operational needs.
    • Ensure integration and proper functioning of electronic security equipment.

    Compliance & Policy Development

    • Ensure organisational compliance with local, national, and industry security standards.
    • Develop and update security manuals, policies, and SOPs.

    Incident Response & Investigation

    • Lead investigations into security breaches, incidents, and safety concerns.
    • Analyse root causes and recommend corrective actions.
    • Maintain detailed incident reports and documentation.

    Staff Training & Awareness

    • Conduct security awareness sessions for staff.
    • Train security personnel on protocols, use of equipment, and best practices.
    • Advise management on workforce security culture improvement.

    Liaison & Coordination

    • Coordinate with law enforcement agencies, emergency services, and external vendors.
    • Work closely with internal departments (HR, IT, Operations) to ensure security alignment.
    • Provide expert advice during planning of new projects, renovations, or facility expansions.

    Continuous Monitoring & Improvement

    • Regularly review and update security frameworks based on emerging threats.
    • Monitor industry trends, new technologies, and global security best practices.
    • Provide periodic reports to management on performance of security programs.

    Required Skills & Qualifications

    • Degree in Security Management, Criminology, Law Enforcement, or related field.
    • Professional certifications (optional): CPP, PSP, CISSP, or equivalent.
    • Strong analytical and investigative skills.
    • Knowledge of physical and technological security systems.
    • Excellent communication, reporting, and leadership abilities.

    Driver

    • We are seeking a reliable and experienced Driver to provide safe, efficient, and timely transportation services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting staff, guests, and goods, maintaining the vehicle in excellent condition, and ensuring compliance with all traffic and safety regulations.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Safely drive company vehicles to transport staff, guests, or goods to designated locations.
    • Follow assigned routes and schedules while ensuring timely arrival.

    Front Officer Supervisor

    • The Front Desk Supervisor oversees daily front office operations to ensure smooth check-in, check-out, guest satisfaction, and efficient handling of all front desk activities. The role ensures excellent customer service, proper staff coordination, and high operational standards at all times.

    Key ResponsibilitiesFront Desk Operations

    • Supervise daily front desk activities including check-in, check-out, room assignments, reservations, and guest inquiries.

    Procurement Officer

    The Procurement Officer is responsible for sourcing, purchasing, and managing the supply of goods and services required for the smooth operation of the hotel. This role ensures that all items are purchased at the best quality and price, delivered on time, and in line with the company’s standards and budget. The Procurement Officer works closely with all departments to understand their needs and maintain efficient stock levels.

    • Familiarity with inventory procedures and basic accounting principles.
