    School Nurse

    Job Brief

    • We are looking for an experienced school nurse, who can provide essential medical care and support to students.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Educating students and staff on health-related issues.
    • Conducting health screenings
    • Dispensing prescription medications to students per physician instructions
    • Verifying vaccination records
    • Taking students’ temperatures when fever is suspected
    • Administering first aid and CPR
    • Treating minor injuries such as cuts, scrapes, and bruises including chronic illnesses.
    • Contacting parents when students are ill or injured


    • Degree in Nursing or relevant Nursing qualification
    • 3 - 4 years work experience.
    • Experience in clinical work as a Nurse
    • Good communication and organizational skills
    • Must be a female between the age of 25-40 years
    • Empathetic and able to relate with children
    • Ability to demonstrate a calm, caring demeanor when working with children
    • Good presentation skills for training school staff
    • Ability to remain focused in the event of a student medical emergency

    School Secretary

    Job Brief

    • We are looking for a female school secretary/administrative officer who will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to ensure the efficient operation of the school administrative office.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Managing and maintaining student records, including enrollment, attendance, and grades.
    • Handling incoming and outgoing communications, such as phone calls, emails, and letters.
    • Assisting with the preparation and distribution of school newsletters, announcements, and other communications to parents, students, and staff.
    • Coordinating and scheduling meetings, appointments, and events for the school administration.

    • Assisting with the coordination of student transportation and school bus schedules.

    • A Degree in Secretarial Studies or any related courses with 2-3 years experience
    • Experience as an educator is a plus
