Clinical Operations & Growth Manager – Physiotherapy Clinic at Assist to Hire Limited

A growing physiotherapy and rehabilitation clinic in Lagos is seeking an experienced Clinical Operations & Growth Manager to lead clinic operations, coordinate therapists, and drive patient growth.

This role is ideal for a healthcare operations professional who can bring structure to clinic operations while supporting business development through patient acquisition, referral partnerships, and corporate wellness programs.

The successful candidate will play a key leadership role in ensuring efficient service delivery and expanding the clinic’s reach within Lagos.

Key Responsibilities​

Operations Leadership:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the clinic.
• Coordinate physiotherapists and therapists across clinic and field assignments.
• ​Ensure efficient patient scheduling, treatment coordination, and service delivery.

Patient Administration:

• ​Manage patient inquiries and intake processes.
• ​Coordinate consultation forms, treatment scheduling, and therapist assignment.
• Ensure a smooth and professional patient experience.

Team Leadership:

• ​Supervise physiotherapists and support staff.
• Monitor therapist schedules and field service activities.
• ​Maintain accountability and high service standards.

Business Development:

• ​Support initiatives that increase patient acquisition.
• ​Develop referral relationships with healthcare providers, gyms, and sports organizations.
• Coordinate physiotherapy wellness programs for corporate organizations and multinational companies.
• ​Monitor patient retention and treatment completion.
• Coordinate physiotherapy retreats and wellness engagements for corporate clients.

Requirements​

• 4–6 years experience in healthcare operations, clinic administration, hospital administration, or a related environment.

Preferred Advantage

• Postgraduate qualification in Healthcare Management, Public Health, or Business Administration is an added advantage
• Professional certifications or training in healthcare operations, clinic management, or business development are an added advantage
