The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, delivering excellent customer service, and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience for parents and children.
Key Responsibilities
Attend to walk-in customers and provide product recommendations
Assist parents in selecting appropriate items for their children
Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
Maintain proper product display and store cleanliness
Handle customer inquiries (in-store and online)
Process payments and manage basic sales records
Promote new arrivals and ongoing promotions
Requirements
Minimum of OND
Previous retail or sales experience is preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good customer service orientation
Neat, organized, and presentable
Must reside on the Island
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
