    Sales Officer

    Job Objective

    • The primary objective is to generate revenue by identifying and securing new customers, maintaining relationships with existing clients and promoting the company's products and services.
    • The Sales Officer will be responsible for achieving sales targets, conducting market research, following up on leads and providing excellent customer service to drive business growth.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Target both business clients (C&I) and individual customers (B2C) with our solar power solutions Inverters and UPS systems.
    • Actively prospect for new customers by cold calling, networking and following up on leads to create opportunities.
    • Own the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing, ensuring customer satisfaction at every stage. • Develop and deliver compelling and tailored sales presentations, proposals and pitches to key stakeholders (businesses and individual clients).
    • Deliver measurable results by consistently hitting and surpassing monthly sales targets.
    • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with both business and individual clients to drive repeat business and referrals.
    • Provide regular updates and reports to supervisor on business development activities, progress, and outcomes.
    • Stay on top of industry trends and competitive offerings to fine-tune your sales strategy and remain ahead of the game.

    Requirements

    • Educational Qualification: A minimum of OND in Marketing, Mathematics, Business Administration, or related field.
    • Minimum of two (2) years in direct sales, with experience in both B2B and B2C environments (preferably in the renewable energy and technology, or similar industry).
    • Professional Qualification: Added Advantage.
    • Sales-Focused Mindset: You are not just looking to meet targets—you want to exceed them. You are passionate about winning and making sales happen.
    • Strong Communication Skills: You can effectively pitch to a wide range of clients, from large businesses to individual consumers.
    • Self-Starter: You take ownership of your sales territory, work independently and don’t need micromanaging to succeed.
    • Passion for Renewable Energy: A genuine interest in solar power, sustainable energy, or technology.
    • Flexible & Adaptable: Whether you are meeting a business executive or an individual homeowner, you can adapt your approach to different client types.
    • Travel Willingness: Field-based role requiring travel across assigned regions.
    • Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office suites

    Salary
    N200,000 Monthly, plus performance incentives.

    Business Development Manager

    About You

    • We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager with established connections in the logistics, freight, or trade ecosystem.
    • This is a high-impact, target-driven role for a commercially minded professional who can win new B2B business, manage relationships, and drive trade volumes.
    • You will serve as our client’s primary commercial representative, generating leads, closing deals, and building a long-term portfolio of clients.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Source and secure new business across freight, courier, warehousing, and project logistics
    • Lead client acquisition, contract negotiation, and onboarding
    • Represent company at industry events, trade forums, and client meetings
    • Collaborate with operations for seamless service delivery
    • Submit weekly activity reports to senior management
    • Drive growth in line with company sales goals and defined KPIs

    Qualifications

    • Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree
    • Minimum 7 years’ experience in B2B logistics, freight, or courier sales
    • Proven track record in high-value deal conversion
    • Deep understanding of port operations, customs clearance, and the delivery chain
    • Must have existing leads or ability to generate business within weeks
    • Structured, fast-thinking, and self-driven
    • Fluent in English — written and verbal — with strong pres

    Remuneration
    N300,000 - N500,000 / Month (Net).
