    Sales Executive (Soya Oil – FMCG)

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking an experienced and result-driven Sales Executive with a strong background in FMCG sales, specifically soya oil or edible oil products.
    • The ideal candidate will be based in Ibadan and responsible for driving sales within Oyo State and expanding distribution to other states across Nigeria.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Drive sales and market penetration of soya oil products within Ibadan and surrounding markets
    • Develop and manage distributor, wholesaler, and retailer relationships
    • Expand sales coverage to other states through active market development
    • Identify new business opportunities and onboard new distributors
    • Ensure product availability, visibility, and competitive pricing in assigned territories
    • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
    • Conduct regular market visits and sales follow-ups
    • Monitor competitor activities and provide market intelligence
    • Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts
    • Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain healthy customer accounts.

    Requirements & Qualifications

    • HND / BSc in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
    • 1–3 years sales experience in FMCG, preferably in soya oil or edible oil products
    • Must be currently based in Ibadan or willing to relocate
    • Proven experience selling to distributors, wholesalers, and open markets
    • Strong understanding of FMCG distribution channels
    • Experience handling interstate sales is an added advantage
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
    • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.

    Sales Executive – Soybeans, Soya Meal, and Soya Oil (Crude & Refined)

    Key Responsibilities
    New Customer Onboarding:

    • Identify and approach new buyers and processors of soybean, soya meal, and soya oil (crude & refined).
    • Explain product offerings and onboarding process clearly.
    • Collect necessary KYC and account setup documents from clients.

    Client Visits & Relationship Management:

    • Visit clients regularly to build rapport, ensure satisfaction, and understand purchase patterns.
    • Serve as the face of the company during field visits and maintain a positive brand image.

    Sales Target Achievement:

    • Drive product movement by achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
    • Actively contributes to expanding the customer base.

    Feedback & Intelligence:

    • Provide regular feedback on competitor activities, market demand, and customer preferences.

    Qualifications & Experience

    • Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Marketing, or related fields.
    • 2–3 years in agri-sales or client servicing preferred.
    • Proven track record in B2B or institutional sales.
    • A strong network in the oil mills, feed manufacturers, traders, and agro-industrial buyers is a plus.
    • Fluency in English; knowledge of local languages is an advantage.
