• We are looking for a driven and result-oriented Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team.
• We’re hoping to find someone who genuinely understands the Abuja / Nasarawa property market, someone who knows how to build trust with clients, close deals and keep the brand visible.

Responsibilities

• Market and sell company properties to prospective clients
• Source new leads and convert them to active buyers
• Handle client inquiries, inspections and follow-ups
• Maintain an updated database of leads, prospects and closed deals
• Prepare sales reports and contribute to marketing strategies
• Represent the company at exhibitions, inspections and promotional events
• Build long-term relationships with clients and partners
• Support brand visibility across digital and offline platforms

Key Requirements

• Minimum of OND / HND / BSc in any field
• Proven and trackable real estate marketing/sales experience
• Strong understanding of Abuja real estate trends and client needs
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
• Ability to meet and exceed monthly sales targets
• Strong online and offline marketing ability
• Good client relationship management skills
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic digital marketing tools is an advantage
• Must be professional, confident and well-organized
