    • The Sales & Admin Officer supports both the store’s sales and back-office administrative operations to ensure smooth daily functioning.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Attend to walk-in customers and drive physical store sales

    • Proven experience in change management, union relations (if applicable), and HR automation tools.
    • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
    • Professional certifications (e.g., CIPM, SHRM, HRCI).
